Victor Norris is the President of Corporate Coverage. A graduate of Loyola High School, Victor continued his schooling, receiving a Bachelor's Degree from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD, and a Master's Degree from the American University in Washington, D.C. Victor's experience in healthcare benefits began in 1984 with a job at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Two years later, in 1986, he established Corporate Coverage.

Victor is a member of the Baltimore Association of Health Underwriters and a board member of Greater Baltimore (GB) Charities. He currently resides in Towson, MD with his wife Carrie and two daughters Elizabeth Erin and Julia Lynn. Furthermore, Victor is the proud uncle of five nieces and nephews.
